A bit of a fun post for a Friday.. (eating food is fun right?!)Today I wanted to share with you one of my favourite healthy and super easy snacks, mixed fruit frozen yoghurt.I have an incredible sweet tooth and spend a lot of my time resisting sugary treats, but if there is one food I just can not resist, it is ice cream. Unfortunately, I am yet to meet a healthy ice cream I like, so I’ve had to make do with making my own. Granted, it is no cookies and cream, but it is definitely delicious and certainly helps fight off those pesky sugar cravings.
Recipe: 1 x Frozen banana1 x Cup of plain natural yoghurt1 x Handful of mixed frozen berriesPut it in a blender and blend until smooth.Optional: Add a healthy topping.. (I used chia seeds, coconut and blueberries!) Simple. As. That. You can even play around with different variations to suit your tastes, such as adding cinnamon, more berries, less banana or other frozen fruits. Enjoy!!
